My name is playing has a similar appearance in color to Maple the wood of the London playing trees is predominantly comprised of the soft wood with some darker hardwood streaks also found in most boards so it is not uncommon to see entire boards of hardwood to. This Apple it is white delight pinkish tan while the hardwood is darker reddish brown. London plane also has very distinct Rayflex present on quarter song surfaces giving it a freckled appearance I just sometimes even called Lacewood though if there is a little botanical relation to the tropical species of Lacewood the grained texture of London plane as a fine even text her that’s very similar to Maple the grain is usually straight.
