Hand carved maple wood Celtic knot necklace

The tree that gave this wand Standing no more than 25 feet tall and yet likely 170+ years old still stands today,but lost a limb in a tragic summer storm. it is a beautiful tree none the less It always gives a enchanting feeling and appears when I walk by.

The necklace was created with the intention of incorporating the personality of the wood and tree. It may have a different look than what the craftsman first pictured but all this adds to a much more magical outcome.

Excellent gift for anybody with Irish or Scottish heritage, or anybody with love for Celtic designs and wood carvings.

hand crafted without the aid of modern power tools only the good old fashion knives, files, saws and sandpaper.

Wood is a natural material and can be unpredictable at times, this necklace has imperfections but that makes it truly unique and living.
